When you get to outskirts of Scarborough follow BROWN tourist signs for NORTH BAY ATTRACTIONS These bring you to roundabout at PEASHOLM PARK keeping park on right take 2nd exit follow road up side of park past shops and cafe's on left ROSE-DENE is approx 200 yds up on your right hand side .
